Sr. Demand Generation Manager

As a Sr. Demand Generation Manager at Strike Graph, you will create and execute successful demand generation programs for our target audience, while closely collaborating with the marketing and sales teams, and external agencies and contractors. We are looking for someone with a strong track record of success and who’s passionate about lead generation and pipeline acceleration. You will create, capture, and nurture demand by overseeing various demand generation functions such as paid media, website optimization, and email/marketing automation.

What you’d be doing:
  • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs, which include, but are not limited to, paid media, emails, nurtures, webinars, content syndication, etc.
  • Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing initiatives at each stage of the marketing/sales funnel
  • Define the end-to-end lead management process in conjunction with sales and revenue operations, including lead capture, nurturing, proper follow-up, and service-level agreements (lead definitions, lead acceptance/rejection reasons, and dispositioning that feed into appropriate nurture streams when applicable)
  • Manage contractor and agency relationships, expectations, results, and budgets
  • Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes, with the support of revenue operations
  • Help develop campaign strategy and implementation plans with execution support from design, content, and other marketing teams
  • Champion the optimization and growth of the marketing lead database, including improving data cleanliness, accuracy, and integrations while enhancing usability
  • Hire and manage a high-performing demand gen team as the company grows and hits revenue targets

  • Minimum of 4 years of full-time marketing experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of demand generation and campaigns experience
  • Experience implementing enterprise-level demand generation programs
  • Tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Experience managing third-party vendors including agencies and contractors  
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver compelling messaging that resonates deeply with customers along the buyer’s journey
  • Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
  • Experience in financial audit, cyber security, privacy, or compliance is nice to have
  • Experience with governance, risk and compliance frameworks and best practices is nice to have

Salary Range

The salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$140,000. The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
